The Coherent Creator 3D metal printer can produce additively manufactured parts in almost any geometric configuration. It uses a construction chamber with a coating concept that enables accelerated and smooth operation, resulting in 30 percent faster manufacturing speed compared to other systems on the market, states the company.

At the heart of the system is a 250-W fiber laser that facilitates the production of parts at high spatial resolution and with high component density. The printer works directly from the user’s CAD files. The stand-alone system can be integrated into a variety of environments for use by designers, engineers, and production line personnel.
