Allchem develops and manufactures ceramic coatings for metal welding and cutting under brand name BorNiGuard. A compound developed to extend the life of your consumables and reduce downtime, it contains boron nitride (ceramic) particles that withstand temperature in excess of 1371 degrees C, sprays on easily, and quickly forms a dry durable coating.

Apply BorNiGuard to MIG nozzles/tips, oxy-fuel tips, table slats, jigs, fixtures, welded parts or onto anything that spatter adheres to. Save time and money and improve quality.
