Capabilities include 26-176 ton press capacity for materials including aluminum, brass, steel, stainless steel & galvanized steel. In-house tool & die facility.

Here’s what we provide:
Die stamping for small to medium size, light gauge metal parts including, but not limited to:
• Brackets, housings, reflectors, shields, spacers, plates, panels, covers, straps, trays, washers.
o Ferrous and non-ferrous materials from 0.005 to 0.19"(depending on size and geometry)
o Carbon steel, stainless steel, spring steel, brass, bronze, electro-tin coat (ETC), aluminum, copper.
o Generally lower part and tooling costs

Bahrs Die & Stamping is Certified ISO 9001:2015. We have 16 presses up to 176 tons.

We regularly receive transferred tooling due to a number of factors including: reshoring efforts, as a domestic outsourcing option or as a manufacturing partner. We’ve had great success over the years transitioning numerous customers’ entire stamping lines from their facility to ours, freeing up valuable floor space to be used more resourcefully.
