Hebei Huayang Steel Pipe Company Ltd. is the largest ERW steel pipe and LSAW steel pipe manufacturer in northern China. Established in 2005, the company has a modern factory covering an area of 300,000 square meters, with over 600 employees and a fixed asset of 151 million USD and an annual output capacity up to 800,000 Tons. Huayang uses advanced imported production equipment such as German once-through rolling machines, British CT METORI digital controllers, a φ219-φ426 ERW steel pipe production line, a φ426-φ660 ERW steel pipe production line, twenty φ245-φ820 thermal expansion pipe production lines, and a newly-built LSAW steel pipe production line. We have our own high-tech physics and chemistry labs where we can conduct our own mechanical tests and chemical composition evaluations. Other tests, such as UT, hydraulic expansion, and X-ray are available to help meet all related standards and inspection requirements.

A new, advanced JCOE production line for LSAW pipe and hollow sections makes LSAW from 16 to 56 in. (406 to 1,422 mm) OD in wall thicknesses from 6 to 50 mm.

Hollow sections are also available, including square steel tube and rectangular steel tube, in sizes from 400 by 400 mm to 1,100 by 1,100 mm in wall thickness from 6 to 50 mm.
