Die Manufacturing
Precision is key. Our in-house die-making capabilities allow us to produce extrusions with exacting tolerances for precise specifications and gives us control of the entire manufacturing process.

Raw Materials
Consistent quality: Our on-site casting facility allows us to control billet cost and quality by producing aluminum log directly from (P1020) aluminum ingot.
Aluminum Extrusions
Because we process only the highest quality extrusion logs in-house, we can ensure continuity of supply and consistent quality for your extrusion needs. Keymark offers prime & recycled billet, either meets or exceeds the specifications required by The Aluminum Association.

Painting
Keymark is one of only four aluminum extrusion companies in the North American Market to be a member of PPG's distinguished Certified Applicator Program (CAP).
Anodizing
State-of-the-art anodizing capabilities. Keymark's custom-designed Walgren two-step automated anodizing system is capable of anodizing and custom-coloring extrusions up to 32 ft. in length.

Custom Packaging
The Keymark of quality extends all the way to your unloading dock. Our packaging personnel custom pack your extrusions to meet any specialized packaging requirements. Our new packaging line delivers concise & consistent packaging every time. We now offer stretch wrapping of master bundles as well as stretch wrapped sub-bundles.
Reliable Shipping
We have a dedicated fleet of brand new Peterbilt Tractors and new aluminum flat-bed air-ride suspension trailers to ensure your components arrive on-time and undamaged.
