PennEngineering® serves as a single source for fastening solutions, offering the hardware, equipment, and technical services to satisfy assembly needs from design through production.
Our product line includes Atlas® brand blind threaded rivets providing strong and reusable permanent threads in sheet materials where only one side is accessible. PEM® brand fasteners utilizing self-clinching, broaching, flaring, surface mount, or weld technology to provide strong, reusable, and permanent threads in thin sheetmetal or P.C. board materials. SI® brand inserts for plastic. The StickScrew® System, which uniquely offers a time-saving and cost-effective solution for inserting small screws to predetermined torque values. Our advanced fastener-installation equipment, which is engineered to streamline and enhance the production process. Included are PEMSERTER® installation presses, in-die installation equipment, robotics, "blind" threaded insert tools, and small screw insertion systems.
