Capitalizing on 17 years of experience with tooling manufacturer Saar Hartmetall USA (Covington, Ky.), and 12 years of experience with beveling machine manufacturer Gerima (St. Wendel, Germany), Precision Bevel LLC is a job shop that uses this equipment and tooling to provide quick turnarounds on precise beveling jobs.

Applications include common steels and hard materials such as stainless steels, ballistic steels, and nickel alloys. Precision Bevel can handle your needs, whether your application involves straight, contoured, round, or oval; single, double, or K; flat or radiused; a flat facing (0 degrees) up to 80 degrees of bevel; on surfaces up to 4 in. wide.

Finally, because it's not a thermal process, it doesn't create a heat-affected zone.
