QForm simulation software is used for developing, simulating, and optimizing plenty of metal forming processes for applications as varied as aerospace, defense, automotive, energy, and aluminum extrusion.

• Cold forming: QForm Cold Forming facilitates material flow optimization, reducing the necessary force and utilizing the plasticity resource completely. Unique is the possibility to design composite tools implemented in QForm, making it possible to optimize composite pre-stressed dies with hard-alloy inserts and tire rings.
• Extrusion:QForm Extrusion is the only extrusion simulation program that calculates material flow fully coupled with the temperature and deformation of the dies taking into consideration tool surface distortion, especially in the bearing area; it simulates the material flow through this deformed shape of the die orifice.
• Extrusion Dies: QForm Extrusion Die Designer (known as QExDD) is an automated system for 3D design of dies, mandrels, and other parts of the tooling set for extruding aluminum profiles, hollow or solid.
• Forming and Forging: QForm VX is used for simulation, analysis, and optimization of profile extrusion, cold forming, and forging processes—hot, warm, cold, and open-die forging—for companies of all sizes as well as research and educational establishments.
• Ring rolling: QForm Ring Rolling is developed specially for wheel and ring rolling processes simulation. The program is adapted to use data from modern rolling mill algorithms that significantly simplify the input of initial data required for simulation.
