Forming Technologies Inc. acquires Rand Technologies Japan
Burlington, Ont.-based Forming Technologies Inc. (FTI) has acquired Rand Technologies Japan and created a new company, FTI Rand Japan KK, in Tokyo.
FTI is a developer of CAE software for design, simulation, and costing of sheet metal components in the automotive, aerospace, and appliance industries.
