SigmaTEK names CFO

SigmaTEK Systems LLC, Cincinnati, a provider of CAD/CAM nesting software, manufacturing shop floor automation, and systems integration, has hired Allan Abram as CFO. He is responsible for directing the company’s global financial operations, including accounting, finance, human resource, mergers and acquisitions, and related activities.

Abram has more than 20 years of experience in domestic and international finances for both public and private companies. He holds a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from Miami University. His professional certifications include certified public accountant (CPA) and certified management accountant (CMA).
