Leifeld Metal Spinning AG acquires Leico USA
Leifeld Metal Spinning, Ahlen, Germany, a manufacturer of machine tools for chipless metal forming, has acquired Leico USA Corp., a provider of maintenance, control upgrades, and repair for spinning and flow forming machines based in Livonia, Mich.
The new subsidiary, operating as Leifeld USA Corp., is led by Leico owner Ralf Günnewig.
