ASKO names North American sales director

ASKO Inc., Homestead, Pa., has promoted Mark. G. Nicholas to the newly created post of director of sales, North America. In his new position, Nicholas oversees all products and services sales in the U.S. and Canada, with the exception of sales to the scrap recycling industry.

Nicholas joined the company in May 2003 as regional sales director. Previously he worked at Carbide Corp. and SinterMet. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in business management, with a concentration in marketing, from Point Park College. He also has an associate's degree in mechanical drafting and design with computer-aided drafting from Triangle Institute of Technology.
