CMW names chief operating officer

Eric L. Krepps has joined CMW Inc., an Indianapolis-based manufacturer of highly engineered metal alloys and composites, as COO. His responsibilities include generating profit growth through operational management, financial management, and the development of targeted business. He also analyzes organizational functions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Krepps spent most of his career building, developing, and managing operations in Asia, Mexico, and other parts of the world while holding leadership positions with Eaton/Aeroquip, Sanmina-SCI, and Faurecia Systems. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and an M.B.A., both from Bowling Green State University.
