Plymouth Tube announces two staff promotions

Plymouth Tube Co., Warrenville, Ill., has named Bill Henricks to the position of energy group account executive. In this position, he focuses on building the company's business in the power generation industry.
Henricks has held previous positions in the company as energy product manager, energy sales manager, and most recently as general manager of the East Troy, Wis., facility. Along with his operational background, he has experience in consultative selling and technical solution-based approach.
Henricks has a B.S. degree from Northern Illinois University and an M.B.A. from Keller Graduate School of Management.
The company also has named Kathy Balota as operations manager at East Troy. She joined the company in 2006 as manufacturing excellence manager for the East Troy and Trent facilities, both located in East Troy, Wis. Before joining Plymouth, she worked with GM and Delco Electronics in operations manager, industrial engineering, forward planning, production control, and logistics positions.
Balota has a B.A. from the University of Milwaukee and a master's degree in manufacturing management from General Motors Institute (now Kettering University).
