General Sheet Metal Works names VP/COO

General Sheet Metal Works, South Bend, Ind., a provider of prototype-through-production metal fabrication, has appointed Taylor Lewis as vice president and COO for the company. She has been working as a consultant for the company since February 2012 in the areas of executive and strategic development and strategic planning.

Lewis previously served as managing partner of Interlink Inc., a software firm serving the community newspaper industry. She has a master's degree in management science/business administration from the J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Business, Northwestern University, and has completed all requirements toward a doctoral degree in business psychology at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
