LAI Intl. acquires Zak Inc.

LAI Intl. Inc., Tempe, Ariz., an RLJ Equity Partners portfolio company, as announced the acquisition of Zak Inc., Green Island, N.Y., a manufacturer and certified turnkey supplier of precision-machined and custom-fabricated components for the power generation, specialty metals, and oil and gas industries.

LAI Intl. is a contract manufacturer of precision-engineered finished parts, components, and subassemblies for the aerospace, power generation, defense, medical, and electronics industries.
