MetalForming Inc., Peachtree City, Ga., the exclusive North American distribution partner for Schroeder-Fasti of Wessobrunn, Germany, has named Tampa, Fla.-based Capital Machine Technologies as the exclusive representative of Schroeder-Fasti industrial folding machines throughout the southern U.S.

Capital Machine Technologies is a distributor of metal fabricating equipment and robotic welding systems, serving manufacturing customers in nine states.
