Anchor Lamina names director of business development

Anchor Lamina America Inc., a manufacturer of tool, die, and mold components, has hired Ted Phillips as director of business development. Based out of the company's Farmington Hills, Mich., office, he is responsible for sales of the Danly, IEM, Lamina, and Lempco component brands in Michigan and all U.S. regions east of Michigan.

Phillips has extensive experience in the industrial distribution industry, most recently serving as vice president of sales for Paragon Technologies in Warren, Mich. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Eastern Michigan University and an MBA from Madonna University.
