WarrenTech High School expands curriculum to include abrasive waterjet technology

WarrenTech High School, Lakewood, Colo., has added an OMAX Corp. MAXIEM® 1515 JetMachining® center to its suite of machines used by students in its precision machining technology program. The machine features an Intelli-TRAX™ linear drive system, a Z-axis core with optional multiaxis cutting heads, and a low ceiling height.

The precision machining technology program includes two to four semesters of hands-on machining curriculum directly applicable to employment, further job training, or postsecondary education.
