Portable gas analyzer allows inlet pressures up to 10 bar

Witt has introduced the Oxybaby P, a hand-held, portable analyzer that determines the oxygen and CO2 gas levels in a pressurized supply line. An ultracompact pressure regulator integrated in the newest version of the analyzer allows for inlet pressures up to 10 bar. The unit determines the concentration of oxygen and CO2 from 0 to 100 percent and displays the results in increments of 0.1 percent.

The composition of a gas mixture can be monitored at any location in the gas line, as well as directly at the point of consumption. This helps ensure that the line contains the required gas and that the mixture has the correct concentration. The hand-held device and the extraction point are connected by a small hose.

Features include single-hand operation, shock-resistant housing, light weight, and an illuminated LCD. Measurement takes a maximum of 10 sec. The integrated circulating memory on the 6.0 models captures the results for 500 measurements.
