Four-roll plate rolling machine features simplified setup

Carell Corp. has introduced the HTH 20-150 four-roll, double-initial-pinch plate bending machine, which uses an automated work cycle for the production of cylindrical and radius segmental parts.

Setup is simplified with the use of mechanical and electric limit devices. Autoloading and ejector systems can be added to the unit to help increase throughput and reduce handling time, the company reports.

Features include automated bending cycles, driven top and pinch rolls, hardened and polished rolls, high-speed rolling velocity, automatic drop-end release at end of cycle, compact design, top support/deflector, sheet-feed squaring arm, and backstop.

Options include a sheet loading system, cylinder ejector system, automated sheet alignment system, sheet pallet shuttle systems, and special machine configurations for dedicated production jobs.
