Air nozzle provides high-velocity airflow
- November 8, 2005

- Cutting and Weld Prep
Exair has introduced its Micro Air Nozzle™ that provides blowoff with a directed high-volume, high-velocity airflow.
The nozzle projects less than 1 in. past the mounting surface, which allows for installation where space is limited. The stainless steel construction is suitable for blowoff, cooling, and drying applications located in general industrial, high-temperature, and corrosive environments.
The nozzle provides a narrowly focused air pattern measuring 1.25 in. dia. when positioned 6 in. away from the target surface. A 12-oz. blowing force is achieved with 13 SCFM at 80-PSIG air consumption. The nozzle meets OSHA standards for dead-end pressure, 29 CFR 1910.242(b), and noise requirements 29 CFR 1910.95(a).
