Abrasive flap disks designed to achieve high stock removal and finish consistency in one step

Weiler offers the BobCat™ line of abrasive flap disks for deburring, grinding, and blending using a right-angle air die grinder. They achieve high stock removal and excellent finish consistency in one step, the company says. The 2- and 3-in. disks also are suitable for detail work and for hard-to-reach areas.

The disks are available in zirconium grain in angled and flat configurations with grit sizes from 36Z to 120Z. Angled disks are suitable for delivering maximum aggression, while the flat disks are designed for smoother grinding and enhanced conformability. The angled disks are best used at angles from 15 to 25 degrees, and the flat disks are recommended for use at 0 to 15 degrees.
