Blaster has two 6-ft.-dia. tables

Viking Blast & Wash Systems has released the 72DDST double-door swing table blaster. The machine features two 6-ft.-dia. door-mounted tables.

The parts pass in front of two VK PowerMax 1500 20-HP, direct-drive blast wheels that deliver high-volume abrasive at 300-FPS velocity to clean the parts. The work load is supported on a 72-in.-dia. steel table rotated by a 0.75-HP drive motor at 5 RPM. The table is 0.5-in.-thick replaceable manganese or AR 500 plate with slotted openings to drain abrasive into the recovery system.

A floor-level auxiliary shot hopper with an abrasive-level sensor and pneumatic gate valve is optional for automatic addition of abrasive into the blast system.
