Deburring, beveling machine developed for large, awkward, heavy parts

CS Unitec's ROLEI(R) EF 115 hand-held deburring and beveling machine is designed for use on large, awkward, and heavy parts, such as machine tables, frame constructions, and large sheets of metal.

According to the company, precise edge control helps ensure clean bevels at a fixed angle of 45 degrees, and the land width is infinitely adjustable from 0 to 3/8 in. The machine weighs 9 lbs. and is suitable for chamfering welds.

The unit is available with a 110-V, 12-amp motor. It has an infinitely adjustable speed control from 2,000 to 7,600 RPM. Its 13-ft. power cord is connected to the tool with a Quick-Lock mechanism, allowing for quick replacement if the cord becomes damaged. Abrasive flap disks are available in grits of 50, 60, 80, and 120. Optional accessories include a sliding guide rail (P/N 30117).
