Reduced-noise vibratory tub measures 95 in. long, 35 in. wide, and 33 in. deep

Viking Blast & Wash Systems has released the 54S vibratory tub. This 54-cu.-ft. shaker offers a tub measuring 95 in. long by 35 in. wide by 33 in. deep.

The tub is lined with a urethane body liner and manganese end liners. The 1-in. acoustic foam insulated cabinet, along with the internally mounted shaker motor and fully enclosed shaker tub frame with 0.5-in. steel plate lid, offers noise reduction and is rated within OSHA noise level limits.

Soft rubber foot pads keep the shaker from walking, reduce noise, and require no bolting to the floor. The cleaning compound reservoir with three-stage settling filter and pump keeps the cleaning compound free of sediment. Optional canister-type filtration is also available.
