Surface-conditioning products made for MRO requirements

Saint-Gobain Abrasives offers a portfolio of surface-conditioning products under the Norton Bear-Tex brand designed to meet maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) needs, including blending, deburring, and weld blending; surface prep before painting; and rust and paint removal.

Made of nonwoven nylon-impregnated abrasive grain and a proprietary smear-free resin, the Rapid line of surface-conditioning products have an open structure that resists loading on softer materials such as aluminum, while also allowing for surface finishing of hard materials such as cast iron, steel, nickel, and alloys.
