High-powered lasers available
Prima Electro North America LLC offers Convergent high-power CO2 and high-peak-power pulsed Nd:YAG lasers for laser cutting, welding, and drilling of metallic and nonmetallic materials.
CO2 lasers are available in outputs from 2,500 to 5,000 W with excellent beam mode, the company reports. The pulsed Nd:YAG lasers produce 50-kW peak power for aerospace drilling.
