Compressed air-powered vacuum generators available with different vacuum levels and flow rates

Exair's new modular E-Vac® compressed air-powered vacuum generators are suitable for lifting, pick-and-place, clamping, chucking, and surface mounting applications. The vacuum generators provide instantaneous response and are available in many sizes with different vacuum levels and flow rates. They have no moving parts to wear out.

The vacuum generators have a single-stage design that helps minimize air consumption, increase cycle speeds, and eliminate fluctuations in vacuum. The lightweight aluminum construction is compact and simple to install at the point of use, which is suitable for lifting applications in which fast attach and release times are needed. Mounting holes are provided.

The generators are available in two styles. Seven high-vacuum units up to 27 in. Hg (91 kPa) are suitable for nonporous materials such as glass, steel sheet, and plastic. Kit configurations that include vacuum cups, fittings, tubing, and a mounting clip are available.
