Magnetic welding squares revised

Industrial Magnetics Inc. has introduced a revised version of its magnetic welding squares, used to hold steel sheet, plate, and tubing during the welding process, now being produced in the U.S.

The revised welding squares feature a stronger magnetic holding force and include a large finger hole for setup and removal. Standard through-holes allow for mounting and fixturing, and the new plated versus painted steel poles maintain a clean, nonrust surface. Select models also feature covered magnets to reduce fuzz iron buildup and breakaway handles for easier removal after welding.
