Plasma machine cuts up to 0.75-in.-thick material

Thermal Dynamics®, a Thermadyne® brand, has expanded its True series of plasma cutting machines with the addition of the Cutmaster® 42. The lightweight, portable machine delivers 27 amps of output power on 120-V input and 40 amps on 230-V input. It can cut up to 0.75-in.-thick material.

Applications include automotive and marine repair, light fabrication, HVAC cutting, and metal building and roofing construction.

The system comes with gloves, glasses, an SL40 plasma torch, and a heavy-duty carrying case.
