Abrasive cutoff wheels produce clean cuts on stainless steel

Rex-Cut® Abrasives offers Alpha-Green cutoff wheels for producing clean cuts on stainless steel. The iron-free wheels, featuring a 0.040-in. profile, can be used in straight- and right-angle grinders.

Employing a proprietary, reinforced-resinoid bonding system of 60-grit aluminum oxide abrasives, the wheels are offered in Type 1 straight-sided and Type 27 depressed-center styles in 3-, 4-, 4.5-, 5-, 6-, and 7-in. diameters.
