Respiratory system protects wearers from welding fumes

Parweld has introduced a new PAPR clean air respiratory system that protects wearers against welding fume, dust particles, and aerosols. The portable, lightweight, battery-powered system is belt-mounted.

The system filters out contaminated air, allowing clean, purified air to be supplied to the head unit using high-efficiency, replaceable particulate filters. The airstream, combined with the positive pressure created within the helmet, prevents contaminated air from entering the breathing zone.

Airflow is adjustable from 150 to 220 LPM. Eight different settings allow the user to adjust the unit to his specific environment and comfort level.
