Cold saw can be programmed to control volume production work

The Kalamazoo Machine Tool model C370 A-NC cold saw features a pedant-mounted NC console with soft-touch controls for setup and sawing operations, including height/depth controls for saw cycling and high productivity in volume production work.

The saw is engineered with a heavy-duty vertical column that provides stable saw frame guidance and stability for vibration-free sawing. The saw frame swiveling capability allows mitering to any desired angle up to 45 degrees left or 60 degrees right. The infinitely variable blade speed control from 13 to 76 RPM enables fine-tuning of the settings for precise sawing, even in difficult materials, the manufacturer says.

Features include an air-over-hydraulic system and a blade-powered rotary blade cleaning brush.
