CNC facilitates part rolling

Jammes Industrie's Rollexpress CNC-Cone rolls in one revolution conical parts that have a round shape, as well as triangular, square, trapezoidal, and other polygon-shaped cross sections.

The CNC changes the cone-rolling program in 15 seconds. The product design is changed without any tooling or dismantling, the company reports. The machine can yield up to 240 pieces per hour and can adapt to handle parts of all sizes.
