Compact, nontoxic emitters form protective coating on metal surfaces
Cortec®’s EcoSonic VpC®105 emitters, powered by NANO-VpCI®, are designed to provide corrosion protection for metal components and parts in nonventilated control boxes, cabinets, and toolboxes up to 5 cu. ft.
The compact, nontoxic plasic emitters feature a breathable Tyvek® membrane through which vapor-phase corrosion inhibitors are released. The corrosion inhibitors then form a monomolecular protective coating on all metal surfaces that provides long-term protection against corrosion, even in the presence of salt, moisture, airborne contaminants, H2S, SO2, and NH3.
The emitters are free of nitrites, halogens, and phosphates. No spraying, wiping, or dipping is required.
