Compact profile grippers offer high retention forces
Bilsing Automation North America's PS pneumatic grippers feature a compact profile that offers high retention forces for press shop and transfer press applications.
The PS-30 weighs about 1.1 lb. and features a piston diameter of 0.79 in. and a holding force of 500 N. The PS-40 has a piston diameter of 1.26 in., a holding force of 600 N, and weighs 3.53 lbs.
The grippers are self-locking and available in a single-acting jaw (one static and one dynamic) or a dual-acting jaw (both dynamic) style, with additional options such as a sensor for either open/close monitoring or part presence.
