Oxygen analyzer equipped with maintenance-free optical sensor

Orbitalum’s ORBmax digital oxygen analyzer that measures PPM levels in oxygen to provide oxidation-free welds is equipped with a maintenance-free optical sensor.

An on-demand operational display feature changes from red to green to indicate when predetermined oxygen intensities have been obtained. An alarm sounds if the PPM rises above the predetermined preset level, and an intentional delay mode prevents welding until the level returns to the specified level.

The analyzer works with the company’s welding power supply units.
