Blema Kircheis acquires M.S. Willett

The Blema Kircheis division of The Leonhardt Group recently acquired 100% interest in M.S. Willett Inc. (MSW), a Cockeysville, Md.-based manufacturer of high-speed transfers, custom automation, conversion systems, tooling, and contract stamped and fabricated components. Blema Kircheis, Aue, Germany, is a manufacturer of metal and composite packaging machinery.
Effective with the purchase, Uwe Leonhardt has taken responsibility as chairman of the board, while Sebastian Leonhardt has assumed the position of CEO. Willett’s engineering services continue to be led by Gary Ruby. David Stone has been hired as sales manager.
