BTD Mfg. expands metal stamping capabilities in Georgia

BTD Mfg., based in Detroit Lakes, Minn., a provider of metal fabrication, stamping, machining, powder coating, robotic welding, and tubing, has announced it has expanded its stamping capacity and broadened its press offerings at its Dawsonville, Ga., facility.

The expansion includes the addition of a Komatsu OBS110 stamping press with 110-ton capacity. It features a bolster size of 27.5 in. deep by 43.375 in. wide. Its feed line maximum thickness is 0.105 by 18 in. to 0.165 by 6 in.
