Wiegel Tool Works announces strategic joint venture
Metal stamper Wiegel Tool Works Inc., Wood Dale, Ill., and M.S. Ambrogio S.p.A. (MSA), a metal stamping, multislide, and assembly manufacturer in Italy, entered into a joint venture effective May 26, 2017.
MSA-Wiegel North America will have the capacity to support the North American as well as the European market in conjunction with the M.S. Ambrogio Group.
