Lantek names U.S. sales and business development director

Sheet metal software provider Lantek USA, Mason, Ohio, the North American subsidiary of Lantek Sheet Metal Solutions S.L., has appointed Anupam Chakraborty to direct its sales and business development efforts in North America.

Chakraborty brings extensive corporate leadership experience to this position. Before joining the company, he served as vice president of Metamation, where he largely contributed to the areas of sales and product management. Before that he was senior strategy manager with Carborundum Universal Ltd. and also held a design and engineering position at Thyssen Krupp. He holds an MBA in finance and marketing from T.A. Pai Management Institute and a bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering from National Institute of Technology – Durgapur, India.
