Agathon celebrates 100 Years

Agathon, a Swiss manufacturer of precision grinding machines for indexable inserts, laser processing machines, and standard products for fabricating, moldmaking, and specialty machines, is marking 100 years in business.

The company, which has a U.S. location, Agathon Machine Tools Inc., in Bethel, Conn., held a celebration at its global headquarters near Bern, Switzerland, hosting more than 200 customers, suppliers, partners, and representatives from government and the science community.
