Prototek Sheetmetal Fabrication LLC, Contoocook, N.H., a portfolio company of Chicago-based Core Industrial Partners, has acquired Hayes Mfg. Services Inc., Sunnyvale, Calif.
Prototek provides rapid prototyping of CNC machined and sheet metal fabricated parts. Hayes offers rapid prototyping and low-volume precision machining services for the medical, aerospace, robotics, and electronics end markets.
