Majestic Steel USA announces construction of Arkansas service center

Majestic Steel USA Inc., Cleveland, a privately held and family-owned distributor and processor of flat-rolled steel, will build a service center and processing facility on the campus of Nucor Steel Arkansas in Blytheville. The 515,000-sq.-ft. facility will feature next-generation processing and warehousing equipment while creating roughly 225 jobs locally at full scale.

The new location will serve as a master distribution site for customers in the central and southern U.S. The on-campus site will provide proximity to production and Nucor's new galvanized line currently under construction to help create greater supply chain optimization, operational efficiencies, and shorter lead times for customers in the area.

The facility is expected to be fully operational by the end of 2022.
