Owen Industries acquires Omaha Steel
Owen Industries Inc., Carter Lake, Iowa, parent company of PVS Structures, PVS Metals, NPS Metals, MVS Metals, and NP Finishing, has acquired the assets of Wahoo, Neb.-based Omaha Steel and its newly built steel foundry.
Scrap steel produced through Owen Industries’ normal processes now can be directly used by Omaha Steel to melt and produce castings. Value-added services include coating and machining.
