Ryerson acquires Howard Precision Metals
Ryerson Holding Corp., Chicago, a value-added processor and distributor of industrial metals, has acquired Milwaukee-based aluminum distributor Howard Precision Metals Inc. Howard offers value-added processing services including precision-cut aluminum plate and saw-cut extruded aluminum bar distribution.
Ryerson has operations in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and China, with about 4,000 employees in approximately 100 locations.
