Steel Warehouse acquires Siegal Steel

Steel Warehouse, South Bend, Ind., has acquired Siegal Steel, a family-owned service center in Chicago that provides heavy-gauge high-carbon steel, low-carbon steel, HSLA, and stainless steel materials. The company also offers value-added processing capabilities including edging, oscillate winding, and slitting.

Siegal Steel will continue to operate at its current location, retaining its name, management, and operating teams.

Steel Warehouse offers processing services to provide production-ready steel sheets, blanks, and slit coil to metal stampers, fabricators, and manufacturers. Services include leveling, slitting, temper pass/cut-to-length, blanking/shearing, pickling, and cold reduction.
