Wieland to offer copper flat-rolled

Wieland, a producer and converter of rolled products, has announced plans to invest $52 million into its casting operations in East Alton, Ill., to meet increasing customer demand for sustainable, flat-rolled products of copper and copper alloys.

The project, which will include the construction of a new casting unit and further building expansion, is scheduled for completion in 2024.
