Anchor Partners acquires Quality Industries
Dallas-based Anchor Partners has acquired Quality Industries Inc., based in LaVergne, Tenn., with a second location in Denton, Texas. Quality Industries, which will continue to operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Anchor Partners, offers punching, cutting, welding, forming, bending, and stamping capabilities, as well as in-house finishing, powder coating, and custom assembly.
The addition of Quality Industries to the Anchor family of companies—including Anchor Fabrication Ltd., Abby Manufacturing, and BOH Environmental—gives Anchor more than 1 million sq. ft. of manufacturing and metal fabrication space in Texas, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Virginia, and Louisiana. It serves the defense, transportation, elevator, rail, and oil and gas industries.
